Dom Flemons, also known as “The American Songster,” is a very accomplished musician. Touring the nation for over ten years, he shares a repertoire combining traditional music forms with a contemporary approach. With music spanning nearly 100 years of American folklore, ballads and tunes, he is truly an expert performer and a pleasure to see live. If you’re in NYC, you may get your chance to see him at The Sheen Center on Saturday, April 21st at the Loreto Theatre on Bleeker Street.
To all of our friends in NYC and those who will be visiting this weekend: we encourage you to purchase tickets to see Dom Flemons at the Sheen Center in NYC this Saturday, April 21st. He will be performing with Victory Boyd. Dom is a great friend to The Leo House and he recently attended our annual Pope Leo XIII Fundraising Gala in December of 2017. If you come for his concert, stay for the night at The Leo House! We can’t wait to welcome you.
Below is a photo of Dom Flemons with The Leo House Executive Director, David Smith, and The Leo House Art Curator, Leo Feroleto, who also represents Six Summit Gallery and Sacred Spaces (which is currently open to the public and located at The Leo House).
